1) Rosh Kollel: Harav Moshe Uri Eisenstein, learned in Yeshivas Slobodka and was a Talmid of Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach ZT”L
2) 30 Yungeleit
3) Three age groups: 50-70, 30-40, 20-33
4) Limud: Orach Chaim, Yoreh Dayeh, Gemara B’eyun
5) Learning to become Baaeli Hora’ah & Dayanim
6) Monthly deficit from government cuts: $150/person x 30 = $4,500 USD
When you join the Shul in adopting our Kollel, not only do you have a part in sustaining Torah in Eretz Yisroel and giving chizuk to the Rosh Kollel and Yungeleit – you literally help families put food on their tables.
While the recommended monthly donation is $30 ($1 dollar a day), certainly you can increase if you are able and can give less if necessary. The program is a 12 month commitment.
